I got upgraded to a neat room with 2 beds, and having a hairdryer and a walk-in shower was great, as the staff here were friendly and delightful, making my stay simply fantastic.

Conveniently located just 2 miles from the city center, making it the top pick in the area.

The hotel was reasonably spacious with a great and nice location near to Shadyside restaurants within one mile walk, the shops and restaurants on Walnut Street, and Bloomfield. Pleasant, amicable personnel at both check-in and check-out during stay.

The staff here is really friendly and welcoming; the location is excellent for visiting the Market District Supermarket - we'd definitely come back to this lovely area.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, there is high-speed internet in the room, and the air conditioning works well. Rewritten: The beds are super comfy, and the room has fast internet and good air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with walking access to the Posner Pavillion and other attractions in the medical center. The Market district is also just two blocks away, offering a variety of food options. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. The rooms are clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay.

The valet parking can be a bit inconvenient, especially when the car is parked nearby.

After paying $250/night, we still had to pay for breakfast in the lobby, $18.00/day for parking, and $2.50 for a small bottle of water. The pricing was outrageous.

Peter at front desk was sweet. Valet guy with glasses and beard was great as well. Pool!! Great location. Starbucks downstairs. Accommodated a late check out which meant the world to me.

Three star, not four. Front desk staff at night was not very friendly. Housekeeping came by once while I was sleeping and never tried again. Tub had gross rust stain at the bottom and was clogged so it took an hour to drain after a shower. No outlets by the bed? I had to move the nightstand to use an outlet.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard! The close proximity to CMU and the universities made it a perfect spot for exploring Pittsburgh. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff, especially the gentlemen who parked our car, were courteous and accommodating. The convenient location made it easy to get around the city.
